Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
o Developingsystem specifications and memory requirements
o PerformNAND flash storage based systems design, analysis, integration and verificationfrom product definition and planning through production and release
o Responsiblefor NAND flash system level behavior characterizations
o Participatesin cross functional meetings such as with memory, firmware and product lineteams to develop flash storage products
o Providesfeedbacks on new system features for next generation memory developments
o Mentoringjunior engineers in the team
MinimumQualifications:
Bachelor/Mastersdegree from Electrical/Electronics/Computer science preferred with 4-6 years ofexperience in firmware development/Memory design/system engineering
Experienceinmemory characterization
Knowledgeof programming in high level languages (e.g. C, C , Python) is a plus.
Knowledgeof Semiconductor physics and Computer Architecture is a plus
Knowledgeof storage interfaces such as SATA and PCIe is a plus
Experiencein SSD reliability and testing is a plus
Exceptionalwritten and verbal communication skills
Proficientin Microsoft Office applications
Strongteam player who can collaborate with colleagues.
