For more information, visit http://www.globalfoundries.com .Position Title: Princ Eng Tapeout EngnWork Area: Global Tapeout OperationsLocation : Bangalore, Karnataka, IndiaSummary of Role :GLOBAL FOUNDRIES is looking for an experienced and highly motivated software engineer to work in the Global Tapeout Operations Organization. You will be responsible for developing core software solutions and infrastructure that will be utilized to generate mask data in the Tapeout Operations organization. The successful candidate will work with 100% quality and minimal cycle time in mind. This role requires a close working relationship with the engineers that use these tools to push the boundaries of technology and physics in order to deliver better products in the increasingly complex world of chip manufacturing. Strong Computer Science fundamentals are required to function in a demanding position with a breadth of responsibilities.Essential Responsibilities :

• Work with the lead/PM, responsible for customizing, developing and supporting solutions on force.com platform
• Develop high quality and scalable application logic with Apex development
• Experience in developing Lightning Components - both within the Salesforce Lightning Design
• System and by writing custom Lightning Components in Java Script within the Aura framework
• Expertise in design, development, data migration, testing and troubleshooting.
• Participate in effort estimation for new/change requests
• Prepare training materials and conduct KT to support the team and key business users.
• Able to interact with business stakeholders and help translate business requirements into technical and design solution

, Required Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent with minimum 4 years of professional experience
• Must have at least 6 years of professional Software Engineering with Force.com experience in Visualforce and Apex development , Experience in implementing HTML5+, Ajax, Javascripts in VisualForce pages
• Fluency in English written & verbal

• 5+ years of Force.com experience in Visualforce and Apex development
• Experience in handling customers or end users, understand well what end users need, and not what developers prefer. Customer oriented.
• Having a good sense of Navigations. Sensitive to design that customers prefer, ease of use of a page or a functionality.
• Experience in implementing HTML5+, Ajax, Javascripts in VisualForce pages
• Good troubleshooting skills, familiar with proxy servers, IE, Firefox, Chrome browser settings, including plugins like firebug or equivalent network or request monitoring tools.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce.com architecture and API s Knowledge on enterprise solutions including CRM, Sales, Service, High Tech Industry(preferred)
• Working Experience with SOA Integrations.
• Good understanding of Salesforce application security, integration, performance and quality requirements
• Thorough understanding of SFDC governor limits and best practice guidelines
• Good knowledge with software development lifecycle practices and methodologies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in source code control using SVN and Tortoise
• Experience in writing codes that handles high transactions and heavy data load processing with optimum performance, at least 100,000 records in a single object.
• Experience in building complex UIs in VisualForce Pages that requires heavy scripting and reusable components
• Experience in developing Lightning Components - both within the Salesforce
• Lightning Design System and by writing custom Lightning Components in Java Script within the Aura framework
