We empower the original mobile device: YOU!Job Posting Title: Primary Duties / Responsibilities Manage implementation for a defined subset or portion of end- to- end product strategies, including the defined company Product Process and lifecycles, and clearly communicate to stakeholders throughout the Product Group organization. Conduct market validation activities as directed, such as customer prospect interviews and market analysis as part of new product or feature planning. Validate product plans against research results and assist making informed recommendations regarding roadmap to Sr. management. Drive the product requirements process while making recommendations regarding product requirements and working collaboratively with key stakeholders to validate priorities for technology, features, product direction and strategy. Manage short- term focused market and customer research regarding product acceptance, usage and success and integrate results directly into the product planning activities. Develop a deep understanding of the competitive market landscape and identify key areas of competitive difference in assigned areas. Become the product expert within the organization for an assigned product line Support the customer base with escalations and customer elevated issues Should have excellent communication skills and ability to demo and present to the large audience Should be hands on with the products in order to demo and in some cases setup the environment Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) Expertise in various mobile application based product strategy and execution on different platforms especially iOS and Android Should have driven the product strategy for the mobile applications with large user base having 4+ app rating Experience in web app development and knowledge of latest web technologies is a plus Should have good understanding of the cloud computing concepts and experience in this domain is a plus Experience with planning and management of product life cycle, agile development Experience in Microsoft technologies including Azure, Office 365 and Windows is a plus Experience documenting research findings, market analysis and product requirements for both technical and non- technical audiences. Experience presenting to wide ranging audiences, including internal stakeholders, Webinars, trainings, and customer visits. Excellent communication skills and presentation skills Good command over english language Team player and ability to work with teams across different region and culture. Great execution skills and technical knowledge. Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, Experience) Bachelors degree in business and/ or technology- related field(s), preferred to have MBA. 7+ years experience in Product Management, Engineering or Product Marketing. Experience with management of Product Launches. Contribution to product collateral and white papers, able to present technical information to a variety of audiences, both technical and non- technical.
