Position Principal Program Manager - FCC for Brands Location Bangalore About the Team Flipkart Commerce Cloud is a new offering of retail intelligence services and platforms from Flipkart. It is a suite of cloud based products built with the vast experience of Flipkart in the retail industry and the insights gained from large amounts of customer data. It aims to enable retailers to solve their business problems and help them grow their revenues and profitability margins.FCC for Brands is a new business that Flipkart is entering. This team aims to build a D2C commerce enablement business in India and across the world. Ecommerce enablement consists of solutions which help a brand scale up online business and grow their business rapidly. Brandstore SAAS, performance marketing solutions, omnichannel solutions, etc are examples of ecommerce enablement business. What you will do You will be critical to building the FCC for Brands business from grounds up and scale it big. You will be working very closely with the leadership in developing strategies and implementing them to scale up the business. You will be critical in taking the business from 0 to 1. Your job will require you to engage with multiple stakeholders at Flipkart and enable the business. Typical stakeholder interactions would consist of category/business teams, Ekart teams and product/engineering teams.
    • Identify avenues of growth build relationship with brands and category teams, work with marketplace teams to devise policies, co-ordinate with Flipkart Boost program, look at new drivers of D2C Indian landscape and enable programs, etc.
    • Define, track and improve key metrics.
    • Conduct outside-in market and competitive analysis to develop key insights
    • Outline strategic choices and develop fact-backed solution themes/ recommendations
    • Convert strategies into action and drive the changes required
    • Evaluate new business initiatives and opportunities develop a business model and identify ways to service the opportunities
    • Partner with external consultants, sellers, brands for deeper grasp of market trends
    What you should have Qualifications
    • MBA from tier 1 institute with 7+ years experience
    • Degree or professional qualification in engineering or quantitative discipline
    Key Areas of Experience
    • Consulting/Category/Business/Ecommerce roles will be preferred
    • Exposure to operational excellence experience with desired knowledge of process development & deployment, strategy formulation and execution
    Key Skill Sets
    • Ability to take independent decisions & to handle ambiguity
    • Excellent analytical & problem solving skills, comfortable with large amount data and drawing insight. Strong technical bent of mind, scalable/sustainable solutions
