You are best in what you do, quality-focused, and are a great team player who takes pride in handling multiple complex problems and making difficult goals, possible.If you have NIC driver development experience for high networking devices in a virtualized environment (KVM, Hyper-V, Xen) with exposure on cloud platforms/technologies, we would love to speak to you.Position Overview The Principal Engineer is responsible for end to end development life cycle including design, development, and support for Citrix ADC product in platform team. Platform team is responsible for driver development, performance, bring up, and deployments for Citrix ADC across all public and private clouds along with HW solutions. As part of this high visibility, high impact team, you will be responsible for contributing towards solving complex problems in existing products and upcoming features/platforms.Being a senior member of the team, you are also expected to research and bring/drive innovation in product and process and help transform both.Role Responsibilities Lead from the front to solve complex problems.You will be responsible for driver development in a virtualized environment. Include support for new NICs, drivers, or clouds. Drive architecture and end to end solution for Citrix ADC for HW, public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and private cloud products. You will be developing solutions and debugging/fixing bugs in existing exceptionally complex products. You will be automating unit testing and writing test script to validation functionality. You will be driving technical planning after understanding requirements, translating them into design/development items and be exceptional in executionYou should have the ability to work across various engineering, product management, sales, account teams seamlessly and bring everyone together to solve business problemsExceptional written and verbal communication. Mentoring, guiding and helping engineersDevelopment experience in Agile, test-driven development is a plus. Familiarity in Unified Engg is a plusBasic Qualifications You should have a minimum of 12 year s relevant experience for the role.
