Job Description

This individual will work as part of the Dell Enterprise Order Management IT Team which is responsible for business systems and process requirements management leading development and testing of IT solutions. Our solutions support the company s global quote to cash processes: including billing, invoicing, collections, credit management, tax, cash application, customer facing output, accounting interfaces and reporting.As part of our Flexible Billing/Flex Consumption Team, the BRM TPM is facilitator of the feature team focusing on the end to end development process including the productivity of the team and managing impediments.Experienced candidates with a solid background implementing automated Oracle EBS OM, AR or BRM applications with an understanding of the underlying sales operations and financial processes should apply. Candidates must have a deep understanding of the financial based sales collection and management process areas. Individuals with a proven ability to simplify, standardize and innovate on global processes are highly desired. We seek highly motivated, goal-oriented individuals who will be responsible for taking business requirements into application and process solutions by working directly with technical IT application development staff as well as with end users in the business. Candidates must have the ability to work with global teams to help support our solutions selling strategy.Candidates must be excellent team players, capable of working independently as an SME, and able to lead global teams and/or across multiple projects. Candidates will work with very little direction and should be comfortable presenting to executives and development staff.Key Responsibilities:

• Setting the team up for success;
• Assisting the product owner and other stakeholders to define business requirements;
• Managing the project process and project internal communications;
• Shielding the team from outside distractions;
• Holding daily scrum meetings;
• Improving engineering practices and tools used by the team, so each increment of functionality is potentially shippable;
• Improving productivity of the technical teams through facilitating creativity and empowerment;
• Preparing burn-down charts;
• Ensuring crystal-clear communication among everyone involved in the project;
• Removing all possible obstacles to progress, including those that exist between developers and the business stakeholders;
• Organizing sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective meetings

Essential Requirements:

• Deep understanding of sales finance areas including Billing, Order Management, Collections, Tax, Reporting, Controls, etc.
• Experience driving development of Oracle EBS version R12 OM and AR or BRM for large multinational businesses
• At least 8 years of experience developing, testing and deploying global project
• Knowledgeable in Quote to Collect Process, Tools and Technologies
• Strong written and verbal English skills sets
• Ability to develop and drive test case and test script execution
• Works closely with end user teams on requirements documentation, functional design walkthroughs and priority trade-off discussions for solutions being developed for the business
• Will help guide the project team members and stakeholders teams through all phases of the project life cycle using Agile code development or SDLC methodologies
• Works closely with business partners to ensure that requirements and feature solutions will support the future state adhere to best industry practices standards, support the business needs and avoid custom system solutions
• Must have experience with process mapping tools and techniques
• Must have knowledge of industry best practices, procedures and program management life cycle stages
• Must have strong leadership knowledge on industry best practices, procedures while delivering major systems deployments
• Must be able to shift work hours to overlap EMEA or APJ daytime hours at certain times of the project phase to collaborate with users and team members in different parts of the world
• Must be able to travel internationally to North America, US, EMEA, APJ and Latin Americas countries as required by the program

Desirable Requirements:

• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies and software development lifecycle principles
• Experience with Software development with focus on Analytics and reporting solutions (basic reports, historical analysis, calculated fields/KPIs, dashboards, etc)
