Analyzes business requirements/processes and system integration considerations to determine appropriate technology solutions for internal and external customers. Designs, evaluates, codes, configures, tests and documents applications based on system and user requirementsResponsible for preparing design documentation.Designs, codes, tests, debug and documents software according to Dell s systems standards, policies and, procedures, security and compliance requirements.Analyzes business needs and creates, defines software solutions including custom developed and off the shelf software.Evaluates and recommends software and hardware solutions to meet user needs.Resolves customer issues with software solutions and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.Interacts with business users, I/T, vendors and customers to define current and future application requirements.Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of application programming and analysis. Strong Object oriented programming skillsStrong software engineering skills, thorough understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologiesStrong verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to work in global development environmentSelf-starter, proactive, good team player, should possess exceptional commitment towards success of the team, and should have excellent crisis management skills.Work with the engineering manager, product owners, architects, developers and SDETs to endure that the product is being delivered with quality on time and within budgetWork with internal IT teams to coordinate project interlocks and deploymentsResponsible for scrum and agile excellenceEssential Requirements:8-12 years of experience in software application development.10+ years of experience on Oracle EBS Applications.Responsible for delivering cross functional projects and Operational Support for Oracle EBS Inventory, Purchasing and supply chain domainStrong experience in design, development using micro-services architecture (using SpringBoot, Angular, etc.,) for deployment to cloud technologies(preferably Pivotal Cloud Foundry).Deep knowledge and experience in design, development of applications on both relational(Oracle) and No-SQL(MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.,) skills.Good Functional knowledge for these modules, should have knowledge of setups and features/functionalities in these modules.Must have very strong experience with AR, AP, INV, PO modulesHands on Experience with PTP, PTM and PPO cycles.Must have excellent knowledge of current technologies deployed by Oracle including development tools, Oracle Forms/reports, PLSQL, SQL, XML etc.Support the team during migration and conversion efforts Publisher, have good knowledge of OAF page, Workflow, SOA, Unix Scripting skills etc.Must have good knowledge on standard Oracle EBS tables, mainly on Inventory, Manufacturing and other related modules.Should have excellent understanding of data conversion from Legacy to Oracle R12 EBS.Should have excellent working knowledge on standard Oracle Interfaces and APIs mainly in the Finance and Sourcing modulesMust have experience supporting production support activities and quick turn out is required.Should Experience setting Concurrent programs, Request Group, Request sets, Menus, Profile Options and their impacts.Understand of Oracle R12 EBS architecture on server such as DB and Apps tiers is required.Experience in implementing Conversions, Interfaces, Customization and MaintenanceShould have exposure to at least couple of R12 Implementation and Upgrade projectsExperience in Oracle R12 (specifically to Inventory, Supply Chain, Item setup)Technically fluent in Writing / Debugging, Database Packages / Procedures / Function / Triggers in RDBMS using Oracle Technologies i.e. (SQL, PL/SQL).Knowledge of Development, Extension customizations, API, integrations and Personalization of screens / reports (using Oracle FORMS / Oracle REPORT / XML Publisher) for E-Business Suits.Should be able create Proof of Concept (POC) on any new initiatives.Prepare Solution Concept Document(MD50)Prepare detail technical design document (MD70)Develop Implementation strategy for PIM projects and take care of complete development from design till production deployment.Effort estimation of projects.Develop testing strategy.Ability to dissect the structure of complex UI page and UI Theme s.Ability to Prescribe UI & Layout design considering the current application architecture.Ability to prescribe Responsive web development & Adaptive Design when it s needed using Twitter Bootstrap & Components.Defining and handling Oracle ALERTS and Oracle WORKFLOW.Highly conversant with RICE components.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsWork independently to understand business requirements and be able to translate them to technical requirements.Proven overall Architecture and Design skills and able to find creative scalable solutions to complex problems.Experienced hands-on developer with deep Technical Knowledge who can provide technical leadership and deals well with ambiguity.Mentor senior software engineers within their domain to ensure strong architecture and technical best practices are followed.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders within and outside our division to implement modernized and sustainable technology roadmaps.Collaborate with Enterprise & Solutions Architects across the division to ensure standardized, high quality, architecturally sound tactical implementations.Deep knowledge of Data structures, Algorithms, APIs, and Designing for performance, scalability, and availability.Strong experience in building and maintaining distributed systems across the full lifecycle including concept, design, implementation, testing, and operations.Self-directed with strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment.Desirable Requirements:Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies and software development lifecycle principles,
