Job Description

Java Full Stack Principal EngineerRole and Responsibility:

  • Designing, coding, and debugging software.
  • Providing training to other engineers.
  • Recommending new technologies that can help increase productivity.
  • Supervising and overseeing the technical aspects of projects.
  • Investigating software-related complaints and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal software performance and security.
  • Regularly attending team meetings to discuss projects, brainstorm ideas, and put forward solutions to any issues.
  • Maintaining and upgrading existing software.
  • Identify and analyse user requirements
  • Prioritize, assign, and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle
  • Develop Java EE applications following Java coding guidelines
  • Write well-designed, efficient code
  • Review, test, and debug team members code
  • Design database architecture
  • Schedule product releases with internal teams
  • Document development phases
Must have:
  • Bachelors or master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 10+ years of Overall industry experience.
  • At least 3 years of prior experience working as Principal Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge on object-oriented design, current web technologies
  • Strong hands-on knowledge on Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Spring framework, Spring Boot, Spring Integration and REST APIs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving, organizational and ownership skills
  • Proven experience in software development methodologies.
  • Proven experience building complex web systems.
  • The ability to multi-task.
Preferable:
  • Experience in design and development of Java, J2EE, MVC, Java Script, CSS, jQuery
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud platform and services
  • Experience working on Linux (RedHat-based) OS, Agile software development processes (e.g. SCRUM/Kanban/XP), Oracle database, Maven, Apache Tomcat server and Gitlab
  • Experience working on RDBMS, postgress ,SQL, timescale db , time series databases
  • Experience working on Bootstrap, ReactJS, NodeJS and AngularJS
  • Experience in developing Microservices and IOT Platform.
