Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, FinanceMAIN PURPOSE:

  • To create broker statement and other relevant reports
  • Sending reminders to brokers and follow up on unpaid amount
  • Follow up on queries with broker and helping resolve discrepancy
  • To reconcile ledger extract
  • To set up broker codes
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Knowledge of Insurance - Property & Casualty & OTC background
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in collections and credit control environment
  • Business to Business Collection background
  • Knowledge in Account Receivable and Cash Payment
REQUIRED EDUCATION/TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:Work Experience - 0 to 3 Years
  • Sound collections background
  • Accounting knowledge
  • Good written and comprehension skills
  • Proactive communication and ability to coordinate with different departments for required Inputs
  • Effective time management
