Design process for New Products Understand CTQ of product inline to END application to design the manufactuing process Create more poke yoke into process to reduce human dependency Design a process with Lean Manufactruing principle Bring automation to reduce human dependency where-ever possible Owner for prcess design and development Has the responsibility for TTT & TTV. Co-ordinate the entire project interms of planning and execution from TTT to TTV Participate in Design Reviews, PFMEA, Design for Manufacturability. Establish proposed production process flow and Evaluating product design changes arising there of. Establish product qualification plans and reliability test sequences by working with CFT Disposition of product approval and tool qualification requests. Disposition First Article Inspection reports on new / refurbished tooling for existing products. Interaction with the various engineering centers of Molex for getting information as and when required. Initiate team reviews when a project becomes critical and obtain management support when required. Assit manufactruing PE for Value engineering projects as when needed Drive for continous improvement in respective areas Participate in Lean activities wherever assigned Ensure compliance with all molex policies & procedures in all related areas,
