SPS supports regulatory compliance requirements for Amazon s worldwide programs. SPS has offices across India, China, Poland, Romania, Netherlands, Jordan, and Costa Rica and supports compliance related needs for worldwide Amazon marketplaces.Job responsibilities Compliance Operations team is looking for Process Excellence Managers to lead multi-faceted global projects for our rapidly evolving programs. You will work directly with Amazon Operations, Program teams, Business, Tech, Quality and a variety of global internal businesses involved in Product Compliance.Key job responsibilitiesYou will be responsible to Drive transformation activities and create global and scalable end-to-end processes Develop processes and process improvement strategies that improve the overall quality and efficiency of operations, Engage with technology teams and product managers to provide comprehensive and well thought through inputs to the product roadmap and Ensure standardization of Worldwide operations You will need excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, tactical execution, and the ability to excel in a fast paced and innovative environment You must be able to cultivate business partnerships with professionals at all levels and across organizational and geographical boundaries to drive broad change This is an individual contributor role but might have 2-3 direct/indirect reports, Graduate in any stream. Overall work experience of minimum 5 years. Minimum 5 years in independently managing a function which is Responsible for performance of downstream team. Strong Analytical ability. Good in verbal and written business communication interacting with customers or stakeholders. Working knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques and a great desire to develop skills to an advanced level Facilitation experience at all levels of the organization; must be comfortable addressing both large and small audiences Demonstrated knowledge of key business financial metrics Proven experience in working with large-scale technology systems Manage the Project schedule; monitor network overall Kaizen activity, coordinating Kaizen efforts and ensuring timely financial validation. Responsible and coordination for doc preparation for WBRs, MBRs and PPTs as an when required to ensure apt performance representation of the downstream process in all such reviews meetings. Qualifications: Master of Business Administration from tier 1/tier 2 collegeLean Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black BeltPMP/Prince Certified
