You will support the mass upload (EIB) process in Workday for ANZ, ASEAN, MEA, IndiaYou will discover and analyze issues in the system while working on the EIB processYou will make evaluations to verify and control the correctness and consistency of data and actionsYou will support the inbound EIBs of supervisory orgs, compensation, org changes, re-orgs, mass transfers, Job data, new-hire record creationYou will handle EIB service requests in a timely manner (i.e. as per agreed SLA) for ANZ, ASEAN, MEA & IndiaYou will Import data into Workday from an XML Excel spreadsheet to perform a high-volume business process, such as hiring a large group of employees or requesting mass compensation changesThis will also include EIB operating mechanism would include phases like Get Data, Transform & DeliveryWe don t need superheroes, just super mindsYour profile will be viewed as an expert in non-complex application environments - 1- 3 years experience and a very good general understanding of Data flows in big, complex companies is neededYou are a proficient in handling HR Systems with knowledge of HR Data and analytical mindset to validate dataYou possess excellent stakeholder management skills as the role would demand working closely with country HR TeamsYou must be open work in region specific time zones & work weeks as necessary,
