    Urgent Opening For Process TrainerDesignation: - Sr. Trainer/Trainer chat and emailLocation: - BangaloreJob Summary: - Person will be responsible for conducting new hire training and refresher for existing population in the LOB. Person in this role will be responsible for facilitating, organizing and delivering training for all processes within the LOB.Experience: - Min 3-5 YearsKey Responsibilities: -Ø Responsible for training delivery to new hire batchesØ Audit calls and share feedback to improve performanceØ Preparing and updating training related reportsØ Actively participates in all training & process level initiativesØ Work closely with the operation teams to improve process performanceØ Participating in calibration session with all functions to drive consistency in feedbackØ Conduct TNI and TNA analysis across LOB to identify training needsØ Developing and updating process level training contentØ Update disseminationØ Conducts weekly and monthly refresherDesired Profile: -Ø Candidate should have excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skillsØ Candidates with exposure to collection processes will be preferredØ Should be process and result orientedØ Exceptional documentation skills on generating process and procedure docsif interested callhidden_mobile DeeptiRegardsDeeptihidden_mobile
