Job Description

    1. Research potential vendors2. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers3. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing4. Track orders and ensure timely delivery5. Review quality of purchased products6. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases7. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices8. Prepare reports on purchases, including Budgets & cost analyses9. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed10.Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage11. Following all the guidelines as and when they are provided
