Job Description

Contracts & Procurement of Mechanical, Process, Electrical, Instrumentation and Civil disciplines in various chemical projects.
Carrying out commercial Tendering & procurement activities including preparation & issue of Enquiry document, obtaining bids, issue of commercial queries (CQ) to bidders, bids review & analysis (CBA), negotiations with vendors preparation of purchase recommendation (PR), Draft LOI, Draft PO, draft work order and draft Contract agreement / document.
Pre-qualification of vendors and preparing Project specific vendor list.
Co-ordination with Client, projects, and engineering team to ensure smooth flow of material and execution of works.
Drafting SCC and GCC for a Tender / contract.
Good knowledge on various types of Contracts and Costing and Taxation.
Formulation of Tendering and purchase procedure / policies / guidelines, pre-qualification criteria for Tenders / RFQs as per project requirement to comply with Client, Consultant, National & International Contract requirements.
Experience on Project procurement under engineering consulting domain will be an added advantage.
