Job Description

    You will be working as a part of the Procurement management team at Accenture, a global professional services company. Your role involves going beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients extract savings and value from the billions they spend on goods and services essential for their day-to-day business operations.Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and design best practices for tactical and transactional procurement processes.- Plan implementation based on a detailed understanding of technologies and best practice process output measures.- Provide setup and ongoing maintenance of suppliers, catalog content, user authorization data, and procurement applications to facilitate efficient transactions and maximize compliance.Qualifications Required:- BBA/Any Graduation/Bachelors degree with Finance specialization.- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools like Power BI.You are expected to have the following qualifications and skills:- Any bachelors degree, ideally in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.- Good stakeholder management skills.Experience Required: 2-4 yearsRoles and Responsibilities:1) Validate Purchase Requisitions for completeness and compliance as per clients guidelines.2) Collaborate with suppliers and/or stakeholders for required information.3) Experience in PO creation and dispatch of PO to the accurate recipient.4) Escalate promptly to the appropriate client stakeholder where intervention is needed.
