Job Description

Miss Riya (966,79,65,936) whats app no.Position Overview: As a Production Supervisor at Dabur India, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the production processes to ensure efficient, safe, and timely manufacturing of products. Your primary focus will be on supervising production teams, managing resources, and maintaining high-quality standards to meet the companys production targets. You will play a critical role in promoting continuous improvement, adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence within the production department.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day production activities to meet production schedules and achieve production targets set by management.
    2. Quality Control: Ensure that products meet Daburs quality standards by implementing quality control measures and conducting regular inspections of the production process.
    3. Resource Allocation: Plan and allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize production efficiency while minimizing waste.
    4. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for all production personnel. Conduct regular safety meetings and trainings to promote safety awareness.
    5. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Ensure that all production activities are carried out in accordance with established SOPs and standard manufacturing practices.
    6. Training and Development: Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance. Identify training needs and recommend appropriate training programs.
    7. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement measures to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and streamline workflows.
    8. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels to ensure production continuity and prevent stockouts.
    9. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze production metrics, including yield, downtime, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Prepare production reports for management review.
    10. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of production activities.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar manufacturing leadership role.
    • In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
    • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
