The role requires juggling multiple client engagements and product development involving market research, data aggregation, data mining, advanced analytics, data-driven insights, and CXO level reporting. The role will require a deep understanding of business and marketing, hands-on technical and analytical skills, and strong business communication and presentation abilities.What you ll be doing:

  • Translate business and product requirements into functional specifications for the engineering teams.
  • Perform primary or secondary research, conduct data analysis and prototype functional wireframes and data analytical models
  • Work closely with clients, both in the business domain and technical team members, and bring data-driven insights, creative problem solving and strategic inputs to drive decisions.
  • Automate processes for large-scale data analysis, reporting and model development
  • Prepare and oversee MIS reports, CXO dashboards, presentations
  • Work with global teams to deliver results
, RequirementsWho you are:
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with over 3 years as a Business, Strategy or Product analyst
  • Bachelor s degree in Tech or Engineering disciplines is required and an MBA or equivalent in Strategy, Marketing, Finance, or Business Analytics is preferred
  • Strong understanding of Digital Media, Marketing, CRM and Marketing Analytics
  • Thorough with performance metrics and measurement techniques, hypotheses testing
  • Proficient in Numerical and Statistical Analysis using tools like Advanced MS Excel, Python or R programming languages
  • Proficient in data modeling, database querying and object entity modeling
  • Thorough understanding of data visualization and business reporting using tools like MS Excel, R Shiny or Tableau
  • Strong verbal and written business communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong team player with the ability to manage and mentor junior team members
