You know software development is a knowledge acquisition exercise for the team. The team is now working autonomously, enabled by your coaching combined with the product blueprint, and the knowledge shared with everyone in the team. They can come up with propositions themselves and test against the Measurement framework to test if hypotheses behind propositions are valid or not. These propositions which team comes up with are loved by your customers. And above all, you have embedded a Product and Platform mindset across the teams you have worked with.Skills to be used: Coaching, Training and Communication skills. Team Management. Internal & External learning & prototyping new ways of working.Education & Experience required:
  • Innovation, Design or Product management degree with some Computer engineering education / certifications / experience.
  • Multiple year experience in delivering engineering focused products in Agile and Lean environment.
  • Essential experience in managing multiple small/medium workstreams in parallel.
