Product Design Engineer for the electromechanical design, analysis, prototyping and testing of structural components, subsystems and assemblies for Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) productsSpecific Responsibilities:Design of UAS electromechanical components and assemblies keeping in mind system requirements, design principles, electromechanical assembly requirements, DFM principlesAnalyze structures composite/ metal/ plastic/ other using engineering principles, FEA to ensure that all requirements with respect to loads, weight, operating environment are metPrototype components, analyze and verify the design against requirements and rectify designs as neededValidate and verify manufactured components and assemblies through prototype, first qualification parts and limited series production parts to ensure smooth handoff of design to productionDocument requirements, design, test procedures and test reports for UAS mechanical components and assemblies as requiredSupport continuous improvement of designed products and design processesQualifications: Bachelor s/ Master s degree in Aerospace/ Mechanical or other relevant engineering fields,
