You will be an integral part of a team building a suite of next generation Sports Broadcasting applications. Working under a team of specialists, your tasks also include interaction with other Product engineers, Software engineers, QA engineers and Research Associates. You will primarily work from our Bangalore office in electronics city, but may be required to spend time with our spin-offs/ affiliates in Switzerland.Your ProfileA versatile C programmer with a special passion for developing innovative Audio/ Video related applicationsAcademic Qualifications :Engineering BE/ BTECH ( preferably in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science ) or Science GraduateWork Experience :A minimum of 1 yrs and ideally 2 Yrs in development of modules involving analysis/ handling of Audio/ Video content. Additional experience in the development GUIs. Audio/ Video Codecs, Multi-media players will be an advantage. Exposure to applications development in Live broadcasting and Production, preferably in sports broadcasting will be a strong advantage.Programming Skills :Proficiency in C . Proficiency in Linux / Unix Shell Scripting is also expected.Domain Knowledge : Good knowledge of all basic concepts related to Audio and Video. Understanding of media formats will be a strong advantage.Aptitude :Enthusiastic, creative, team player and excellent communicator in English (spoken and written). Candidates with a demonstrated interest in sports will be given preference. ,
