Job Description

  • Lead and manage the B2B product portfolio assigned
  • Translate vision into a product roadmap that balances market needs with internal resources that provide the company s solutions with unique competitive advantages
  • Work with the Product Management Team to identify and prioritize new product initiatives on a quarterly and yearly basis
  • Provide regular updates to the leadership teams, and select clients on the current and future objectives for roadmap
  • Establish strong relationships with a key group of our Clients to foster ongoing, two-way communication on current solution features and future solution concepts
  • Champion continuous process improvements within the Product, User Experience, and Engineering teams to drive greater efficiencies in the product delivery pipeline
  • Manage the definition, design, development, and launch of new solutions and enhancements
  • Partner with technology and business leaders to ensure the Product Roadmap supports business objectives
  • Work directly with Sales, Services, Product Marketing, Operations and Client Support to maintain a solid understanding of both the competitive landscape and customer needs
  • Serve as the champion for solution initiatives to the portfolio team, delivery stream, release trains and other roles from User Experience, Product Managers, Engineers, and Scrum Masters
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 to 9 years of experience in product management or business consultant role, building and delivering software
  • Define and manage requirements for Order Experience capabilities, including business solution concepts, user stories and other documents
  • Self-directed with a record of driving product capabilities to successful outcomes within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and exemplary writing skills and an innate ability to make very complex concepts and offerings simple and intuitive
  • Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, with a passion for the challenges around organizing it
  • Be able to gain trust & respect of engineering, dependent teams and stakeholders to deliver results
  • Define a long-term product roadmap while identifying key opportunities and strategic partnerships.
