Roles and ResponsibilitiesPLM support set up, creation, data loads into SAP and on-going maintenance of all PLM data fields inSAP to support accurate data flow. Create and maintain PLM dashboards in Arkieva/Tableau. Create price book using PLM data fields, PLM phase, PLM pricing power. Liaise with Segment leaders/GPM to develop annual rigor to update and maintain market informationthat drives PLM accuracy. The Product Management Analyst works cross-functionally throughout the Sector/PM organization tosupport growth, maximize profitability, optimize product portfolio and accomplish business objectiveswhile maximizing EBITDA. He/She will support in the determination of product life cycle management (PLM) and Inventorystrategies whilst supporting new global initiatives on new raw materials or assets. He/She will provide Commercial & Product analysis (sales, average sales price (ASP), MOM, SMI/OOSand capacity analysis to the business leadership team to help build and execute fully integrated segment,sub segment and chemistry strategies.Maintain and drive data accuracy of all key data fields linked to PLM Support PLM initiative to optimize service, supply and portfolio management. Manage the rationalization process as part of PLM Help define, and refine new product hierarchy globally Analyze Product Costing and drive change with Manufacturing Finance Provide Price (PPE) estimates to support quarterly estimates & annual planningprocesses Analyze MoM/SGM levels and proactively look for mix up and pricing opportunities. Support & Manage all material settings e.g. make to stock/make to order (MTS/MTO) andminimum order quantities (MOQs) for Formulated Specialties business in line with PLMoutputsAdditional Details:Minimum Qualifications: University degree 5+ years of job experience in a commercial and product management role, SIOPconsidered. High technical affinity and ideally working experience chemical or polymer industry Demonstrated leadership skills and multiple years of experience in leading cross-functional/cross-cultural teams Good understanding of Operations and Supply Chain processes Ability to think strategically and create strategies Understands business and financial KPIs Strong project management capabilities and analytical skills Strategic thinker with a strong focus on customer needs as well as on products Ability to work with international multidisciplinary teams Ability to entrepreneurial thinking and acting Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills Strong interpersonal skills and intercultural competencies Business fluency in English essential, good language skills would be desired Data Governance and Data Management experience Able to extract, transform and manipulate data from SAP Proficiency in Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Word, Arkieva and SAPPreferred Qualifications: University degree, preferably in business and/or Chemistry/Chemical Engineering. 6 Sigma Certified is preferred,
