Job Description

    Data Management is part of the Central Technology Organization (CTO) and plays a pivotal role in supporting all the Lines of Business and Corporate Functions with leading edge technology solutions in JPMorgan. Its core priority and focus are on enabling the firm to embrace, adopt and deliver real business value, at pace to enable AI/ML solutions driven by Global consumers whilst ensuring compliance to the Firmwide Data Policy for all the platforms modern or legacy.Within the JADE Data Management Product Line, Data Lake Analytics products enable a governed, centralized, curated and secured repository to expedite advanced analytics, AI/ML, and business analytics in the public cloud and on premises. Who are we hiring We are looking for an outstanding Senior Product Manager-Vice President with deep experience in developing data analytics products with strong public cloud experience. Responsibilities:
    • Work on defining the strategy and vision for AWS EMR or any other big data equivalent solutions as required.
    • Influence the design of solutions to deliver for multiple stakeholders and work with CIOs, Managing Directors to accelerate cloud based analytics at JPMC.
    • Collaborate with the firms Design and User Experience teams, providing clear requirements derived from user research to develop a best-in-class platform offering.
    • Oversee the management and prioritization of backlogs, collaborating and representing Business Stakeholders in developing impactful product features. Report business value and program status updates to executive leadership.
    • Facilitate and encourage the necessary conversations between the Business and Technology to determine the what and the how of the product features.
    • Partners with Product Directors to prepare features and user stories for planning cycles
    • Manage the functional and technical requirements of business stakeholders to support their core requirements
    • Partner with internal engineering and vendor solutions as required.
    Qualifications:
    • You have 10+ years of experience in a product role and at least 2 years of management experience.
    • Current or previous engineering experience around Data Analytics and Data lakes.
    • Strong experience in developing enterprise data products is mandatory.
    • Strong knowledge in AWS EMR/Google cloud based analytics products/platforms.
    • Be able to demonstrate deep understanding of at least one data domain in any industry from attributes level details to enterprise level concepts in the context of heterogeneous data sources (structure, syntax, semantics) to streamline data life cycle from sourcing, transformation, consumption of reference/master data, transaction data, etc. for reliable and scalable analytics.
    • Proven track record of product, agile and scrum ways of working
    • You have strong leadership skills and the ability to independently own products or a portfolio of products end-to-end. You have a strong track record of product deliveries.
    • The ability to build consensus amongst a wide range of partners including business owners, technology, operations, legal & compliance, marketing & sales.
