Job Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of how people use the companys websites and these customers needs
  • Work with our design, research, engineering, and data teams to develop product roadmaps that improve our product and ensure it is meeting the needs of our customers
  • Work with cross-functional partners inside the company and external partners to increase the reach of the companys sites
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs, underlying technology, competition, and partner ecosystem
  • Set product direction and make decisions based on user feedback, user research, and data insights to deliver a great product experience for our customers
  • Make informed decisions on how the company should adopt for our customers across a variety of different form factors
  • Collaborate with other product managers who are building features on company sites and apps
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3 to 6 years of product management experience with knowledge of core technologies underlying consumer-focused services.
  • Experience in agile & scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with OKR planning, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to think long term and focus on strategic work that builds value over time
  • Exposure to web and mobile web development and user interface best practices and multi-platform experience is highly desirable
  • Past experience with MixPanel, Optimizely, and Tableau or similar tools
  • BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related subject is a plus
Preferred Qualification
  • Strong background in building consumer products
  • eCommerce marketplace experience
