This is inherently a cross-functional leadership role where you will work closely with teams Engineering, Marketing, Operations, etc. to bring a new product to life.Roles & Responsibilities :- End to end ownership of a product lifecycle & roadmap. Analytical mind-set that makes data-informed decisions- Market analysis process for new products/ services to determine customer needs, industry direction, competitive product and market positioning and overall product strategy- Build business cases, pitch ideas, and gain buy-in from stakeholders- Evaluates new product/ customization viability and builds recommendations of go or no-go decision for your product- Help balance your products long-term roadmap by prioritizing with its backlog of issues and bugs- Translates the user stories into specification, deliver product requirements to all stakeholders with a detailed PRDKey Qualifications :- B.E./ B.Tech + MBA from reputed institution with 5-8 years of experience as a Product Manager in the payments space- Proven track record of shipping products to market on time- Must demonstrate superior business and technical knowledge related to financial services in the payments space.- Knowledge of product development methodologies- Strong verbal and written communication skills- High attention to detail and visual presentation,
