The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team ofhigh-performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. The ProductManager would be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Life Cycle.That includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision,and ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. You will also work cross-functionally tocomplete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. The Product Managers job also includesensuring that the product supports the companys overall strategy and goals.The Product Manager is expected to:> Define the product strategy and roadmap> Deliver OKRs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification> Work closely with the developers and designers to complete product roadmaps> Determine the requirements and create the necessary tickets for respective teams> Identify the problems users are facing based on qualitative & quantitative feedback> Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities> Clearly articulate their thoughts to stakeholders of various levels> Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samplesRequirements:> Minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager> Demonstrated success defining and launching Mobile Applications & Dashboards.> Proficient in Product Development (writing user stories, product specs), PDLC, and ProductManagement on Mobile Apps.> Excellent written and verbal communication skills> Good understanding of UI/UX and Design workflows> Hands on experience working on Jira and Confluence> Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority> Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (MBA preferred)
