Product ManagerProduct Manager RoleLocation: BANALOREBudget : 18 LPaJoiner: Immediate to 1 month prior Joiners.Job DescriptionObjectives of this RoleDrive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of thecompanyAnalyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI andbuild vs. buy perspectiveAssess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiationAnalyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure theyresuccessful achievedDevelop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departmentsAppraise new pro5 +duct ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plansDaily and Monthly ResponsibilitiesDrive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including productresearch, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development,requirements development, and product launchTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and finalproduct development by engineering teamsCreate product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases,technical requirements, revenue, and ROIAnalyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effectivemarketing communications plansCollaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on thedevelopment, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for theentire organizationDevelop product positioning and messaging that differentiates it and its features acrossprimary market segmentsSkills and QualificationsBachelors degree in engineeringStrong experience in a dynamic product management roleShould have5 + years of experience in Product development lifecycleHighly effective cross-functional team managementPrevious experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategiesStrong communication skillsPreferred QualificationsProven experience working as a product developer in a non-managerial roleSupply chain experienceMBA
