Job Description

Job DescriptionAs an Activities Product Manager, you will be required to work with various stakeholders, such as other product managers; designers; architects; data analysts etc. to create a roadmap that helps meet our consumer s present and future needs. You will also be working closely with engineering team to deliver on the roadmap.Specific Requirements for The Position

  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering or MCA
  • MBA is highly desirable though not mandatory for exceptional candidates with proven track-record.
  • 4+ years of relevant industry experience in software product companies.
  • 1+ years in product management
  • Moderate level of technical understanding in the following domains is a must:
    • Web and Mobil- App Development; Web Services and related Internet technologies
    • Highly scalable platform products and APIs
    • eCommerce (desirable)
  • Proven abilities to conduct Market analysis and evolve Business Metrics for evaluation of critical success parameters
  • Proven experience in tracking market trends, user behavior and overall business environment to take decisions that shape product lifecycle.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of working in fast-paced agile environment while balancing evolving business needs, technology trends, customer needs and long-term strategic vision.

  • Skills in defining product roadmap, cross-team collaboration, managing customer expectations and overall priorities
  • Agility and Ability to change focus and direction during a disruptive change either in business or in internal operative environment.
  • Ability to step back and connect the dots . Ability to put complex ideas into clear deliverables.
  • Has work ethic and personality that thrives in a fast-paced culture with tight deadlines, shifting priorities and who can handle pressure and sensitive situations with poise and emotional maturity
  • Ability to take controlled risks to make the needle move.
