Job Description

    Product Manager/Senior Product ManagerFounded in 2021, our client is a consumer lending focused fintech startup that effectively leverages the power of embedded finance to transform consumer internet platforms into fintechs.This Bangalore based embedded finance company is founded by entrepreneurs with nearly two decades of experience in the financial services and fintech industry. It is backed with a $3.5mn seed round from Elevar Equity and marquee angel investors.It is disrupting the consumer lending ecosystem in India by democratizing access to innovative and competitive embedded credit products.As a Product Manager/ Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the roadmap, features and managing the product lifecycle of the companys credit products.What you will do :- Setting up data driven experiments to optimize for key metrics, conversions etc.- Communicating extensively with users and stakeholders to understand their pain points and eliminating those- Defining clear and well-scoped requirement documents- Working with engineers and designers and shipping features and product improvementsWhat you need to have :- B. Tech & MBA/ PGDM from Tier 1 B School- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management (B2C) and working closely with designers and engineering team members to ship products- Passion for solving consumer problems- Excellent communication skills- High affinity for making decisions with data- Prior Fintech experience and/or experience in shipping delightful products is a plus- Prior experience with product experimentation is a plus,
