The RoleYour job will be an integral and visible: critical to the future of SAP as a next-generation customer service platform. As a member in the PM team you ll -

  • Own the conceptualization, development and launch of new products for developers and customers.
  • Create roadmaps based on customer feedback, data and market needs. Meet with customers and partners and travel to other offices or locations as needed.
  • Drive the backlog planning and execution. Work with development on scrum teams.
  • Be a SPOC for the interface to development, operations and support.
  • Evangelize the adoption of the features and services with internal teams and customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and our global teams to ensure alignment of roadmaps and dependencies for new and enhanced features.
Role Requirement
  • You have Bachelor s degree in computer science equivalent with 5+ years experience as a product or engineering leader delivering software products.
  • You are innately passionate about delivering a strong user experience and continually improving to meet their needs - bringing a customer-centric demeanor and a deep understanding of their needs
  • You bring leadership mentality with the ability to make decisions and drive projects forward, even with imperfect information. You see ambiguity as a place of great opportunity but are also adept at bringing structure to that uncertainty and drive decision making.
  • You are also comfortable managing prioritization conflicts and making well-thought-out trade-off decisions.
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present convincingly to Engineering teams, other product teams and senior management.
  • You bring an analytical approach with a real passion for data-driven decision making while understanding how to balance short- and long-term business, product, and customer outcomes.
  • You have the ability to embrace complexity and drive for agile solutions with a mind-set: respect, collaboration, self-improvement, pride in ownership, focus on delivering value, and the ability to adapt to change.
