Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 1 year of software engineering or related experience., Product Manager (IC2) Products: Oracle has an integrated suite of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications delivered on a cloud based digital platform which allows companies to enable connected, agile, and real-time business processes. Deep industry capabilities coupled with this platform, creates the path for companies to transform into a digital enterprise on cloud. Division: This position in the product management team is part of Oracle ERP Product development organization. It is a growing, dynamic team and plays a crucial role in innovating and delivering Oracle ERP applications. The primary responsibility is for ERP products which span across Financials, Projects, Procurement and Supply Chain along with the supporting application technologies. This division is at the forefront of one of the company s key strategic initiative and collaborate with core product development teams to help deliver new innovations and features within ERP space.We work on Oracle s ERP solutions that will exploit the most innovative technologies and provide challenging development projects from day one. Join the team as a product manager to influence the vision and execution of these flagship Oracle offerings, trusted by thousands of diverse customers from startups, and leading social media companies, to large multi-nationals. Role & Responsibilities: The Oracle ERP product development team is seeking a strong product manager to focus on articulating the digital vision for the Oracle ERP products including Cloud ERP and JD Edwards . We need product managers who have a customer first approach to product management, combined with technical skills, analytical skills, business application skills and enterprise software skills.Following are the key roles and responsibilities of product managers:

• Build product roadmaps and define features. Create materials required for product launch, sales enablement, and customer adoption. Create and deliver presentations via webinars and in person sessions at Oracle conferences.
• Formulate how the product roadmap will help in retaining existing customers, acquiring new customers and deepening market penetration by articulating the value proposition.
• Function as product owner within assigned SCRUM teams. Develop and become the subject matter expert of any assigned product, product area, industry, technology through independent research, study and other means
• Collaborate and work with inter-departmental Oracle teams, customers and business partners across the globe to understand and support Oracle eco system.
• Marry the market trends with customer needs around emerging technologies such as IoT, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and User Experience. Bring these technologies into Oracle ERP applications by doing thorough research on the technology adoption for cloud or on-premise applications.

Key Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in software development or related area, with a minimum 1 year of business analyst or product manager experience
• Self-starter, high energy, positive mindset, results-oriented, looking to make a big impact
• Desire to work in a cross-functional, co-located team environment and open to a wide variety of challenges spanning across various product management functions
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud offerings, and on-premise ERP applications, preferably one of the Oracle products
• Strong understanding of the overall IT market, SaaS/Cloud trends and implications
• Demonstrated abilities to understand the business processes of the customer and map the same to a product or application
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Strong communication, presentation and knowledge sharing skills, along with content creation experience
• Experience with agile and SCRUM/Kanban methodologies
• BS/BE/BTech or Masters degree

Additional Qualifications (Preferred, but not required):

• Hands on experience building and delivering ERP solutions, preferably JD Edwards or one of the Oracle ERP products
• Experience in a customer facing role such as sales or consulting with Oracle ERP products or comparable ERP solutions
• Experience with Applications Technologies space, building adaptive applications and best in class integrations through AI platform, ChatBots and Machine Learning models
• Financial educational background like CA, ICWA, MBA (Finance), PG Diploma (Finance)
