As a Product Marketing Manager, you- ll work side- by- side with Product Managers to create marketing strategies and plans to ensure successful launches and accelerated adoption of our product and website. You will serve as the glue between the Product/ Design and Marketing functions, helping us create products that delight our customers and meet their needs. You will be responsible for developing the product positioning, and messaging that solidifies the Whatfix competitive positioning in the market. You- ll have the unique opportunity to collaborate across the organization from the product ideation stage all the way through to market execution.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market2. Sales enablement - communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of our products3. Product launch - plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross- functional implementation of the plan4. Understand market trends and competitors and develop marketing strategies to increase our market presence and penetration.5. Partner with Marketing colleagues on driving cross- functional, cross- channel marketing efforts to meet the growth objectives associated with ongoing product initiatives.6. Market intelligence - be the expert on our buyers, why they buy, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on the competition and how to beat them7. Demand generation - offer input into the marketing programs that drive demand for our products8. Tradeshow and Event support - from creating session presentations to sell sheets to booth designs - you are the voice and creative mind behind our brandQualifications:1. MBA is preferred2. 3 years of solid product marketing experience3. Very strong written & communication skills4. Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross- functional teams, and third parties.5. Excellent presentation preparation and delivery skills,
