Job Description

18970 Product Owner (Open)Position Type:Full timeLocation(s):IN.Bangalore.Office1Summary:Provides overall leadership for customer visualization solutions, providing both standard demonstrations and customized demos and Proof of Concept (POC) solutions for sales opportunities. Provide overall business level guidance for current and future requirements Singleview centric solutions that are integrated with other CSG and 3rd party solutions. Program level management for all projects streams providing either incremental improvements for delivery of opportunity specific demonstrations which include Proof of Concepts (PoC)Position Details:From an overall perspective:

  • Provides leadership and accountability for the delivery of Singleview and integrated components in the demo solution.
  • Coordinate and provide main inputs for improvements to the base solution, influenced by market trends, product enhancements, and trends we see in requests from opportunities.
  • Define storyline and use case requirements for pre-recorded videos, pre-built demos and standard demos.
  • Ensure adherence to methodology, processes, tools, and quality assurance standards by the technical team.
  • Coaches and mentors solution engineers to increase their understanding of the base demo solution and ability to present to potential customers.
  • Line manager for the technical team
For each demonstration preform the following:
  • Supports technical customer interactions or pursuit team to gather, design and document requirements that meet visualization goals and make the most of our existing base solutions.
  • Support lead architect with the translations of use case requirements into end to end use case specifications that could span multiple components in the solution.
  • Determine resource requirements for work estimates associated with demo preparation requests and additions of new feature functionality.
  • Coordinate additional resources requests when approved requests exceed the team s capacity.
  • Work with the pursuit team to schedule the demo and coordinate environment.
  • Design requirements that ensure reuse of use cases.
