Understand the industry practices , industry trends and state of art in cloud native computing trends and workflows . Constantly scan the industry landscape and ensure the platform being developed maintains the right set of features and USP . Continuously interact with intel internal stake holders , partners , developers/ customers to understand the needs and translate them into features / use cases in the platform roadmap . Prioritize the feature needs , negotiate conflicting requirements vis--vis engineering capacity and review completion of the features .QualificationsCandidate shall be a bachelors / masters in Computer Science from a reputed institute with 10- 15 years of experience . An MBA / post graduate specialization in product management is a definite plus. Established experience in Cloud Native Platforms or allied business with a in-dept understanding of the industry and eco system .Good understanding of the current state of art Cloud based products and platforms and their usages . Have a good grasp of the market and industry trends on cloud native computing Have lead / involved in product development / management of Cloud Native platforms and products and have first hand customer experience . Knowledge and understanding of the Cloud Native ecosystem and practices. Complete understanding of orchestration of containers with Kubernetes, microservices, front end , backend development.Knowledge of modern DevOps practices, workflows, and tools.Experience in developing prioritized product backlog by writing user stories and defining priorities for the development team.Result orientation and finds it stimulating to work with organizational change and collaborate across the organization.Good experience with Agile principles and can drive our engineering and process improvement efforts utilizing Agile/Lean Processes.Partnering with stakeholders to define and execute comprehensive plans on project schedule and roadmap.Creative problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting skillsDemonstrates initiative and competence; supports and encourages positive working behaviors in others.
