Job Description

*Product Sales Enablement LeadManager Overview Brillio is looking for an exceptional Product Sales Enablement LeadManager to join our worldclass Product organization building Enterprise platforms in AIOps and NCCM space. We are looking for dynamic technology sales professionals combining technical aptitude with business acumen, with a proven track record accelerating sales in hypergrowth markets, liaising between sales, marketing, and product teams. You will be joining an elite group of original thinkers and innovators, working diligently to deliver exceptional value to customers at the cutting edge of digital transformations with next gen solutions that leverages machine learning and artificial intelligence to provide realtime visibility and insight into Enterprise IT. You will be supporting the various functions of Sales, including Sales, Sales Engineering, Channel and Services teams. This includes enablement of sales leaders and representatives with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success. You will develop and execute impactful, datadriven solutions for transforming the sales process, partnering with the sales and broader enablement teams. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and crossfunctional collaboration. Requirements 5 years of experience in Product Sales (DirectChannelBoth) for enterprise networking, IT andor softwareSaaS background or familiar with IT or SaaS technologies, products, and services Sales background in Enterprise SaaS platforms and mission critical operations with solutions like AppDynamics, SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, LogicMonitor, ManageEngine, DataDog, etc. Experience with solution or outcome selling, ideally aligning to a Value Framework Masters in Business Administration (Sales & Marketing) & Bachelors in ScienceTechnologyEngineering (Computer Science or equivalent) Experience managing multiple products, audiences, and verticals developing compelling product and industry narratives, using strong communications skills and analyticsbased arguments Social and Emotional IQ ability to effectively listen, communicate, and manage expectations all levels (down, peer, up) and political savviness (corporate agility) Develop and execute GTM Sales plans and ensure internal organizational readiness Strong ability to understand enterprise business needs and storytelling with detailoriented, metricsdriven, and unwilling to settle for mediocrity Proven experience presenting to Clevel customers, as well as to analysts and media Excellent presentation and verbal skills with technical, nontechnical, enduser, and executive audiences Proactive, selfmotivated, and selfdirected; able to drive deliverables and results which involve people who do not report to you and across functions HandsOn with one or more enablement tools, including, Seismic, Mindtickle, Salesforce.com, and other enablement gamification tools. If remote, ability to travel up to 50 (postCovid) Responsibilities GTM strategy, development, and delivery of our Sales onboarding training and enablement programs Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize, and assess enablement program Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders. Continuous improvement of the practices and content that the team uses to serve its customers Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to develop training, certification and delivery programs that help our customerfacing teams succeed Gather feedbacks on areas of potential improvement, and work crossfunctionally to rapidly close any identified gaps Represent the company at hosted client events, partner meetings and industry conferences Develop Sales Campaigns and Play Books including competitive takedown tactics Source customer success stories and references for use by sales team Identify opportunities, develop, and deliver a program to execute such Campaigns,
