Job Description

Role Outline/Job Summary:

  • To grow business across Cash and Trade Products for a portfolio of client relationships through client engagement and in collaboration with Citi s internal stakeholders
  • Position Title: Product Sales Manager
  • Grade/Level: S/T
  • Business Group: GCG
  • Function/Group: Product Sales
  • Department: Citi Commercial
  • Location: Gurgaon
Business/Department Objectives:
  • Enhancing client business with Citi across Cash and Trade Products
Core Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of mature CCB Client relationships across Mid Market Clientele
  • Providing clients with customized solutions to increase share of wallet across product portfolio
  • Focus on revenue generation and maximize revenues across the given product set
  • Partnering with the operations team/clients on process re-engineering initiatives, thereby contributing to increased operational efficiencies
  • Ensure focus on housekeeping across regulatory reportings
  • Partnering with the senior Relationship Managers and Product Managers to boost cross-sell
  • Enhance Priority Sector Lending across clients to ensure a balanced portfolio growth
  • Up to date with latest developments across products in dynamic environment
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Take complete ownership of client product requirements and revenues facilitate execution
  • Ongoing client engagement to enhance wallet share and client relationships
  • Solutioning products to suit client requirements
Key Deliverables:
  • Increase client wallet share and revenues
  • Client solutioning to suit requirements
  • Focus on Cash and Trade products as well as balanced portfolio growth to factor PSL
, Education:
  • Master s Degree
Experience:
  • In-depth knowledge of CTS products especially Cash & Trade
Skills:
  • Strong client communication and relationship skills
  • Excellent inter-personal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Self-starter with a passion for driving results with persistent follow-ups
