Work with different functions including global Business unit , Sales and Marketing team to build & align strategy for TDX business- Channel strategy, customer satisfaction, demand generation and KOL management Provide product and application support to customers as well as KOL management to enhance customer experienceDrive Scientific and marketing initiatives for KOL development and COE through scientific studies as well as white paper publications Conducting CMEs, Webinars , digital campaign in alignment with marketing team Compiling regular reports, such as: forecasts, visit reports, market and customer information, competition analysisRoles & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience with product and application support Scheduling training sessions and attending pre /post sales customer meetings as required.
  • Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with global team for implementing strategies as well as new product initiatives Identifying new market opportunities to grow the %MS and business
  • Generate opportunities working closely with transplant customers and help close through channel partners to win %MS Planning and assisting with new product releases and events
Job Requirement :
  • Education : Science Graduate ,B Tech , PGDBA / MBA preferred.
  • Experience : Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Transplant diagnostics, life science , Molecular biology, Immunology
  • Skills : Teamwork, results-orientation, strong persistence to reach goals
  • Soft skills : Communication, persuasive, active listening
  • Travel frequency : 50%
