Description Ultria, a division of Verdantis is looking to hire creative & smart- working individual responsible for managing product support. The individual should be able to handle fast- paced operations for enterprise level mission critical applications single- handedly. Candidate should be strong in communication skills, dynamic, aggressive & problem solver.Requirements You are part of a team responsible for ensuring the highest quality of product support by using the latest technologies and toolsets Strive for high- quality scores by working through complex issues and challenges that come with solving support issues Proactively act as first- line product support for customers and monitoring platform Effectively assess, classify, priorities & diagnose issues in a collaborative manner among the teams Handle product configurations for customer requests/ issues Collaborate with cross functional Engineering teams Proactively monitor and confirm the resolution of incidents or completion of requests such that accurate service level measurements are maintained. Participate in or may lead problem resolution and cause analysis. Create and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for support process Qualification : BE/ MCA/ BTech/ BCA or Equivalent Experience in maintaining/ supporting Java/ JavaEE based product/ web applications Experience working with Web/ Application servers (Preferably Apache, Ngnix & Tomcat) SQL queries with MySQL Any scripting language would be an added advantage (Ex: Bash) Exceptional communication & coordination skills Experience in providing Level 1 & 2 Support for US/ EU customers Strong analytical skills Experience in troubleshooting production issues Good to have: Experience in middleware support Knowledge of SLA management Exposure to AWS environment At Ultria we drive customer success through product innovation.
