This is a Product UX Developer role, reporting to the Research & Development Principal Engineer in business area Process Automation (PA) located in Bangalore. • Creating storyboards, user flow and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Creating working prototypes using multiple web development languages, primarily Angular JS 2+, HTML 5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborating with product management and engineering team to define and implement visually pleasing graphic designs into web applications and pages.
• Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Presenting and defending designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
• Establishing and promoting coding guidelines, best practices and standards.
• Living ABB s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

• B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or Electrical or Electronics from a reputed institution.
• Required 3 to 6 years of experience in design and create user interface layouts and web pages aimed at maximizing the user experience.
• Solid experience in creating responsive prototypes using high resolution visuals, mock-ups and user flows for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Web Development languages such as Angular JS 2+, REACT, HTML/CSS and JavaScript along with designing software tools Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Should have ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Should be up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies for both Web and mobile platforms.
• Good to have certification from Human Factors International (HFI).
