Job Description

    Domnic Lewis is hiring Manager / Sr. Manager / DGM - Production for an MNC in Electrical and Electronics, Manufacturing and Production IndustryKey Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage the performance of a production/manufacturing sector by effectively guiding and animating hierarchical teams.
    • Optimize manufacturing resources and utilizereal-time shop floor management(people, systems, and processes) to meet customer demands, including variations in demand.
    • Drive data-driven decision-making by overseeing manufacturing task execution and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve safety, quality, service level, and efficiency goals.
    • Identify, analyze, and implement enhancements to achieve the technical limits of manufacturing processes.
    • Utilize appropriateContinuous Improvement methodologies(e.g., Go-Do-It, A3 Problem Solving, 8D, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma) to streamline processes by reducing waste, variation, and defects, while aligning with customer and business objectives.
    Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related field.
    • Experience:
      • 3- 5 years of experience inSMT (Surface Mount Technology),THT (Through Hole Technology), andManual Insertion assembly productionor managing various PCBA production activities.
      • Proven technical expertise in electronics manufacturing techniques, processes, and equipment.
      • Hands-on experience in quality tools such as5S, Kaizen, Poka-yoke, Statistical Quality tools (e.g., PFMEA, 7 QC Tools, etc.).
      • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Oracle/SAP) and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), with experience in defining and working with their requirements.

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and operational efficiency.
    • Ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across departments and with diverse teams.
