Job Description

Dear Candidates,Greetings!Roles & Responsibilities,

  1. Morning meeting process
  2. conducting induction and training for all new employees/existing employees
  3. Evaluation of production system with proper planning, analyzing,co-ordinating as per the demanding market situation and standards
  4. Ensuring proper efficieny, optimum utilization of raw material,cost effective planning and customize output in the series of whole production process
  5. Ensuring the feasibility of Production as per the received purchase order with the co-ordination of design/quality/stores and marketing department as per the actual TAT
  6. Confirms the structure feasibility as per the machine requirement and as per customer order specific requirements with required approvals from management with TAT
  7. Ensure proper production planning as per production authorization and requirements
  8. To inspect the ordered material periodically during the end to end production process
  9. Quick movement of finished materials post to completion of production process with proper communication with required departments and within proper/actual TAT
  10. check the avaliability of stores as per the quantity of orders
  11. Understanding the capacity of production and planning with proper time management
  12. To be responsible for discard of non moving cylinders as per the actual TAT with the consent/approval of customer and management/HOD
  13. Responsible for proactive dispatch planning and communication before one day.
  14. All information and process parameters related to the job to be filled in the job card properly
  15. To be responsible for the freezing of Planning in terms of the urgencies, RM and importance ensuring without frequent/periodical changes.
