Job Description

Responsible for our production infrastructure, including the servers and services which support our growing client base as well as designing and implementing highly scalable environments. This Engineer works with other teams in the organization and provides infrastructure solutions for their needs. Understands client systems and applications, networking, infrastructure, data centers, web tools and technologies, databases and Cloud, Big Data, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and more.Design new scalable solutions for fast changing infrastructure environment with complex needs in fields like: configuration deployments, monitoring, and logging. Perform deep drill down analysis into performance bottlenecks and provide necessary fixes. Bring in new ideas, change, evolve, improve and simplify the production infrastructure. Work closely with our development and research teams and provide customer friendly solutions and support. Responsible for working on the design, development, and/or deployment of enterprise supporting systems.BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Suggested majors include Computer Science or Mathematics. Working knowledge of software development tools, methodologies, and programming languages. Experience working with external or internal customers to implement large scale solutions, business process architecture, application system design, and implementation. Design and implementation of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions using a variety of cloud platform services. Highly technical and analytical, possessing significant implementation and operations experience. Identifies and implements complex solutions in experience of application or server architecture and networking. A minimum of 8+ years experience in application or server architecture and networking or related experience., Detailed DescriptionThe SE team is looking for self motivated individual contributor and dynamic Team player capable of working with our global team. You will be responsible for providing support / services for Fusion Applications SaaS provisioning, implementation support, integrations with various tools, production support, migrations and upgrades, change management, cloning and effective automation solutions for Oracle Cloud at Customer (OCC). You will offer strategic technical support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. In addition to customer support, this position also involves doing R&D for various solutions (solution design) in OCC Lab environment before it s delivered to Customers. The solution design is to have a POC for specific customer before it can be deployed for customer systems Required Skills and Experiences

• Relevant Industry experience of 5 to 7 years with application design, support, integrations & customer facing applications
• BE / B.Tech (or equivalent degree) in Computers Science, Engineering or Information Systems
• Experience with administration and configuration of Oracle Fusion MW, SOA suite, Portal, SSO, OID and Identity management suite
• Experience with administration of one of the application management suite such as Fusion Applications SaaS
• Experience and working knowledge of Dev Ops tool Puppet, Oracle docker (Preferred)
• Weblogic-11g/12c Application Server Installation, Configuration, Administration & Troubleshooting
• LINUX/UNIX systems administration (basic level) & good skill of shell scripting, perl, python, ruby, java for various automation / administration tasks
• Experience on RDBMS (Intermediate level) - Installation, Upgrade, Patch, Clone, backup & recovery, TDE/DV setup, DB tuning for apps
• Experience with administration with Big IP load balancer (F5)
• Hands-on experience and Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager (EM) 11g & 12c
• Proven troubleshooting skill with drive-in skill of leading and resolving complex issues
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, at par with global standards across various TZ
• Highly motivated and to work in team & deliver without supervision
• Excellent Analytical skills & able to correlate bigger picture for Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
