Job Description

How you will spend your time as our next Production Support Analyst

The candidate will provide primary technical support to end users on various issues and problems relating to software, system process and daily tasks executions. They will be responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets or any incident that is disrupting the application service that the business users depend on. The role requires both technical capabilities and business understanding as well as excellent communication skills

  • Support optimization and configuration of systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Boomi , Jira and more
  • Ensuring systems are fully operational and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide high level of service to our customers adhering to SLAs for response and restoration times
  • Problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis and major incident management
  • Create productive relationship between key stakeholders
  • Ensure solution / application support documentation are created and maintained at high quality and accuracy
  • Creation and sharing of knowledge and information with other team members and the company
  • Act as the bridge between 1st tier support and Business Technology Core teams.
You will be successful if you are
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent in an appropriate field
  • 3 years of work experience, 2 years of experience in Support and Administration of either: Salesforce / NetSuite / Boomi
  • Good technical understanding of business process supporting systems
  • High level IT knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Product Suite
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer interaction skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Flexibility - responsibilities may require occasional extended shifts and weekend work

  • Development background / familiarity.
  • Experience with CRM Lifecycle .
  • Familiarity working with NetSuite or ERP systems .
  • Familiarity with Integration sy stems / Contract Lifecycle Management Applications (CLM).
  • Familiarity with Cloud Computing , Software as a Service (SaaS) model or web technology
  • Salesforce / NetSuite / Boomi Admin Certifications
