Job Description

Accenture Enterprise Enablement (AEE) is a shared services arm within the Corporate Functions across the globe. AEE Sales and Operations teams works very closely with Accenture Sales organization and supports all Growth Platforms and Operating Groups. The team is responsible for all kind of sales operations and finance support required for an efficient sales operation. The team provides sales and pipeline data support, works as a PMO to the sales leads and drives sales operations initiatives including sales reviews, business review prep, reporting, analysis, cleansing, finance support, BD monitor and review. JOB SUMMARY: Sales operations support specialist will work closely with the Sales operations PM. Role includes providing key analytical insights on sales performance to OU leadership, prepare sales scorecard & performance summary, drive initiatives to improve sales performance, track MDI/BD spend, participate in Business review preparation. Prior experience in Sales & Pipeline and working on BI tools will be an advantage. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to build interactive dashboards, strategic models, good knowledge to drive automation. Creative thinker to present data with a perspective to help leadership make better decision. Ability to read & understand the data and articulate it into analysis would be important aspect of the role. Fluent in communications skills important as the job would require to attend calls with senior leaders of sales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare sales and pipeline dashboard with summary notes on sales performance Provide monthly sales and revenue performance to OU leads Drive initiative on coding to ensure sales/revenue credits are managed during pipeline phase Update on sales and revenue plan to performance on monthly basis to ensure OU performance is tracked Participate in Business Review preparation Provide analytical insights on sales, revenue and pipeline status for effective functioning of OU team Track MDI/BD spend and prepare spend summary dashboard Design interactive dashboards, strategic & analytical models and sales operations tools BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Any graduate PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Any graduate OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU: You ll benefit from our network of global communities and collaborative culture that will help you build technical and functional skills and capabilities.
