Job Description

The Global Program Management team within Infosys is a strategic team comprised of very senior IT leaders who focus on the delivery of large complex IT programs. These programs may be in any industry vertical such as Manufacturing, Financial services, High technology, CPG, Retail, Logistics, Healthcare, Insurance, etc. and may cut across multiple geographies. We strive for excellence and strong delivery execution capabilities and work with global teams that can span multiple Infosys delivery and practice units. Our work includes transformation programs in innovative and cutting-edge IT Technologies, Service Delivery, IT Operations and Portfolio Management. Infosys is seeking a Program Manager to be based in India. A visionary leader responsible for the overall program with accountability for Integrated Service delivery across Application, Infrastructure, Cloud and Security portfolio. The successful Program Manager will manage client s Transformation, Transition, ITSM strategy and goals, help maximize service availability and ensure high client and end user satisfaction, encompassing Service Excellence, Automation, Customer Experience, Service Delivery, and Operations. In addition, S/He will also be responsible for the following: Strong CXO level stakeholder management. Directly interacting with higher-level executives in both Infosys and client organizations which comprise of CTO, Vice Presidents and Senior Directors. Driving Service Excellence through Elimination, Automation, Shift Left and End User enablement. Driving Predictive and Proactive monitoring strategies for the entire IT landscape. Implementation of required Tools and Frameworks to achieve the monitoring goals. Lead key strategic initiatives across Application, Infrastructure and Security Portfolio. Establishing the goals and strategies for Infosys Delivery organization aligned to the client organization. Advisory services to clients on their Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Application roadmap strategy, including rationalization and modernization roadmaps. Driving Automation using the best in class tools, technologies and recommend products both within Infosys, as well as industry leading and partner ecosystem. Overseeing the SIAM Organization which spans across Portfolios and Service Lines. Overseeing the Critical Incident Management team and ensure right focus for critical incidents. Ensuing CSL and KPI targets are met for each portfolio and cross functional areas. Exercising wide latitude in discretionary decision making related to people, financials, contract changes and service management. Improving Production Risk Posture for the client by strong focus on risk reduction strategies. Inducting strong global talents to serve the client thereby improving workforce quality and flexible resource pool. The successful candidate must possess business-consulting skills to engage C-suite, and other P&L leaders on the client s executive team. They must also preferred to have: Strong understanding of all aspects of Program Management. Good people management skills to drive program objectives. Innovative mindset with strong conviction for Service Delivery Excellence. Strong business and domain understanding of Infra, cloud and transformation technologies Good knowledge of EUC and EUS. Strong client interfacing skills and stakeholder management. High Impact communication skills. 15+ years of Experience in managing medium to large complex transformation/transition/service delivery with large organizations will be preferred. Experience in managing large scale programs upwards of 350+ people in global delivery model is desired. Experience in managing and driving technology initiatives in Application, Infrastructure, Cloud and Security areas.,
