We are looking for a self-motivated candidate with excellent project management, process improvement and communication skills with experience of working in large organization and has the ability to influence others and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.The role holder will have proven project management experience and a track record of effective decision-making based on the analysis of data and operational metrics. They will also raise the bar in the areas of customer obsession, ownership, bias for action and delivering results.Responsibilities include:- Drive project deliverables such as project plan, risk and issues tracking, prepare status reports, manage project meetings and other project mechanisms.- Manage the change management deliverables for the project covering change impact assessment, communications, learning, content and people plans. Design and implement new or modified country related processes collaborating with cross functional teams working backwards from the employee experience. Partner with operational excellence team for country/business line process optimization to leverage the technology and non-technology solutions while balancing the business need for flexibility and appropriate localization. Develop measures to define progress and ultimate project success; establish ongoing reporting requirements and key performance indicators for planning and ultimately realizing intended ROIs., 2+ years experience in program or project management Bachelor s degree Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements. 2+ years of relevant program/project management experience, preferably in HR. A formal qualification in project management is desirable. Experience of supporting system based projects whether it be main case management systems. Proven expertise in business reengineering / transformation using lean and six sigma methodologies. Decisive, confident, and experience with influencing others. Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences. Highly organized, able to prioritize and work under pressure on a number of projects/initiatives at the same time.
