Job Description

    Digitalization and People Analytics are becoming integral part of HR to cope up with the changing business needs and to act on the same with agility with right analytics. HR Digitalization and HR Analytics function will work as HR Digital Evangelist .Hence contribute to the agility in decision making and Ex through audience appropriate digital solutionsRole & ResponsibilityStrategy and design o The role is expected to develop a strategy for Digital Solutions and People Analytics as CoE .o Design the landscape for HR digital solutions & analytics keeping mind workforce (employee & manager) and HR community across the employee lifecycle.Develop & execute : o Develop a road map in terms of technology for roll out (platform, interactions, UX/ UI ) keeping in mind the available inhouse technology and partners.o Develop build / buy / borrow of technology for Bosch India, ensuring all requirements of GDPR are adhered to .o Execute the strategy with clear metrics of efficiency and effectiveness.Communication, transformation & change management o Develop and drive transformation change management across the organization for adopting a digital mindset to ensure the success of the strategy.o Identify people analytics capabilities, solutions, and direction to directly support and influence decisions and actions designed to create sustainable change and improve resultsEssential - Work with multiple stakeholders across the group to identify areas of concern / use-cases and share actionable insights using predictive analytics.- Making use of existing HCM data from multiple sources and interfaces- Work with implementation and outsourcing partners to deliver cost efficient and sustainable outcomes- Evolve structured approach to Analytics leverage Strive for Data Quality, Accessibility, Usability and Work on Continuous improvement.- Impact of this role is in Employee experience, Databased decision making, HR effectiveness and compliances management.- Contribute in Improving the capability of the HRBPs towards strategic perspective and enable them to enhance their competencies,
