Job Description

  • Build/manage/gain alignment with a network of strategic relationships, capture/understand/ensure required milestones are executed by work stream leads, identify/validate/drive new features, identify and address risks, and obtain approval and brief management at key points of planning, readiness and execution.
  • Work closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager of Events to drive planning and execution of the Integrated Marketing Plan.
  • Manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefits while building excellent customer experiences.
  • Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve programs dynamically.
  • Bachelor Degree in business, technology or related field
  • Professional experience in the area of program management with atleast 5 years of experience
  • Proficiency with Excel required Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities in an ever changing environment
  • Proven track record of delivering results in large, cross-functional initiatives
  • Proven ability to build and scale program management processes for new or ambiguous areas
  • Proven ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority, leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
  • Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, schedule trade-offs and new opportunities with technical team members
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
