Job Description

We are looking for candidates who can operate in a fast-paced environment, with rapid exploration and ability to execute. Since this is a customer-facing role, travel from time to time within and outside the base location, is to be expected.Key Responsibilities

  • Envision how the app integration will work and interact with partner s/customer s service
  • Spec the integration, mapping key user scenarios and user experience of the app integration built on Microsoft Teams Platform
  • Collaborate with design team to envision the app integration experience for the customers/partners during pitch and development
  • Own the relationship with each customer and partner from initial presentation all the way to launch and adoption, managing all defined deliverables from conception to launch
  • Determine adoption strategy per vertical of customers, determine which applications (3 rd party and Line of Business) would add value to users when integrated with Microsoft Teams
  • Identify platform, feature and extensibility asks from customers/partners and channel a prioritized list back to product engineering thereby driving enrichment of the platform itself
  • Ensuring success for the customer/partner at each stage of the funnel both selectively and at scale
  • Work with the Microsoft s field org to enable deployment of apps in customer environments
  • Unblock adoption, deployment and engagement of Teams platform at strategic customers
  • Drive programmatic motions partnering with customer-facing teams across functions such as account management, marketing, sales, business development, developer evangelism etc.
  • Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap

  • 8+ years of program management experience with proven success in working with enterprise partners & customers
  • The ability to wear many hats, learn quickly and change direction when needed
  • The ability to think creatively and critically about product features and user scenarios in the enterprise space
  • Innate curiosity and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly-changing startup environment
  • Demonstrated ability of very strong product thinking and a growth mindset
  • Strong project management, growth hacking, leadership and cross-group collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
  • Solid understanding of consumer web and mobile technologies, bots, service operations at scale and the ability to hold technical discussions, go deep in technical areas
  • Demonstrated ability to build and critique user experience, software and app interface design
  • Proven ability to build data-driven product experiences, use of app analytics and wireframing
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
